You'll work with local users and communities, negotiate collaboration terms, and measure performance across channels using AI-assisted research and analytics.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop regional growth plans and execute them.
• Deep knowledge of social media ecosystems and creator partnerships in overseas markets.
• Clear communication and trust-building with local users, media, and creators.
• Extensive use of AI products for research, briefs, communication and analysis.
• Experience in influencer marketing or hands-on creator account management.

Responsibilities

• Study user needs and develop regional growth strategies and channel plans.
• Collaborate with local users and creators, assess partnership fit and outreach.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, schedules and usage rights; manage briefs.
• Refine product examples and content using local feedback and platform conventions.
• Analyze metrics and use AI tools for research, briefs, and reviews.
