Carousell Group is seeking a senior, Singapore-based Head of Regional Marketing to drive growth across APAC markets. You will own regional marketing objectives, lead local teams, and partner with Brand, CRM, and Product to translate annual growth strategy into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of owning & executing needle-moving campaigns within consumer marketing in a high-growth scale-up, ideally a marketplace or app-first business.
• Track record leading regional or multi-market campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to execution and scale.
• Deep experience operating in regional multi-market environments, with strong cross-cultural fluency across asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Regional Growth Ownership
• Own and execute the regional marketing objectives across six markets, driving user acquisition, conversion and retention
• Translate annual operating strategy into locally relevant marketing plans, priorities and measurable outcomes
• Own key Demand, Supply & Liquidity metrics that matter across the region for each country and for focus categories
• Apply hypothesis-led experimentation and data-backed insight to growth decisions
• Lead localised category or platform campaigns end to end
• AI-Native Marketing
• Personally champion AI adoption as a proactive operating lever embedded in core marketing workflows
• Partner with the CRS/Platform AI roadmap to identify and prioritise the function's next AI and agentic use cases while building team-wide AI fluency
• Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead country marketing teams and align with cross-functional partners across Brand, Design, Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Data
• Ensure regional coherence with local relevance, and aligned roadmaps across markets
• Team Leadership & Org Design
• Build, coach & scale a team of high-performing, output-oriented, hacky-growth-oriented marketers
• Design new team structures and workflows leveraging AI capabilities, expected to redesign how the function works with AI, not layer it on top of existing process
