MoneySmart Group is seeking a senior leader to own regional content and social across Singapore and Hong Kong, driving audience growth and commercial impact. You will shape editorial strategy, oversee content production, social channels, and content partnerships, aligning with the Head of Organic Marketing and Group Head of Marketing.

Competenze

• 10+ years in content, editorial, brand, or social leadership roles, ideally fintech/ecommerce.
• Proven track record building brand strength via content and social with measurable audience impact.
• Editorial tact with strategic and commercial instincts; know when to push for business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Co-create and own regional content and social strategy for SG & HK with audience growth accountability.
• Apply editorial direction and brand standards across markets, respecting regional dynamics.
• Lead editorial response to AI-mediated discovery and ensure content is Cited by AI assistants and search surfaces.
• Drive adoption of AI in content production, ideation, personalisation, and distribution while preserving editorial standards.
• Establish a culture of structured experimentation across content and social to spot business value.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities (partnerships, branded content, monetisation).
• Own editorial calendar and cross-functional content production across teams.
• Foster alignment between content and Organic Marketing for a single integrated system.
• Collaborate with Acquisition Marketing, Brand, Design and Commercial to support business priorities.
