You will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand leadership while overseeing budget management and collaborations with agency partners.

You will leverage AI-powered tools, analyze data to optimise campaigns, and mentor marketing talent. Occasional regional travel will support expansion and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 7+ years marketing experience with exposure to digital marketing, campaigns and brand management.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and upcoming markets.
• Drive lead generation, bookings and customer acquisition across digital and offline channels.
• Manage digital marketing agencies and AI-powered marketing tools to maximise campaign performance.
• Oversee website performance, SEO, paid media and customer journey optimisation.
• Lead integrated brand and promotional campaigns across multiple markets.
• Analyse marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive ROI.
• Manage and develop marketing team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support market expansion and go-to-market initiatives across the region.
