Job summary

Fantastic Fusion in Singapore seeks a role to develop a content-production methodology across regions, partnering with local operations. The role starts without people-management but will scale to oversee regional teams as Southeast Asia expands.

You will consolidate regional content requirements, collaborate with product and R&D, and help build an AI-powered automated content production system that aligns with the domestic flagship platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proven experience in e-commerce content operations or interest-based content operations.
• Strong command of AI tools and packaging AI-generated content for operational use.
• Professional-level working proficiency in English.
• Clear, well-articulated framework for judging and defining high-quality content.

Responsibilities

• Define and codify standards for what constitutes good content and create a cross-region content-production methodology.
• Use AI tools for content creation and strategy generation; drive the AI-powered automated content production system.
• Adapt content strategy to different markets and mirror content-distribution logic to overseas markets.
• Establish a closed data→creation feedback loop to refine content strategy through data analysis.
• Partner with domestic product/R&D teams and local regional operations to ensure execution of content strategy.
