Qualifications

• Proven experience in user growth, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships in a tech or digital product setting.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and creator collaboration practices across overseas markets.
• Ability to translate growth data into actionable strategy adjustments.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for research, drafting, and analysis is a bonus.
• Spanish or Korean language ability is a bonus to support regional communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional growth strategies, channel plans, and measurable success criteria.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with local media personalities and creators.
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage publication cycles with content providers.
• Develop product messaging and content examples based on local feedback and norms.
• Coordinate across users, creators and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and optimise plans.
• Utilise AI tools to support research, drafting, and analysis while applying sound judgement.
