Job summary

rednote is seeking a growth-focused leader to drive creator growth across Southeast Asia, owning acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term expansion. You will design the end-to-end creator journey, segment audiences, and build scalable channels through partnerships and local ecosystems.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration with product and data teams, and a deep understanding of the creator economy in SEA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creator growth, creator operations, content operations, community growth, influencer marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia, with hands-on experience in multiple SEA markets preferred.
• Experience designing creator lifecycle or growth programs, rather than only executing creator campaigns.
• Strong analytical and growth mindset, with the ability to translate data and market insights into scalable initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, marketing, and local market teams.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language is a plus.
• Experience at a social media, content, creator economy, or consumer internet company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own creator growth strategy and execution across key Southeast Asian markets, covering creator acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term growth.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end creator growth journey, including creator segmentation, onboarding, progression paths, incentives, education, traffic support, and community programs.
• Identify priority creator segments, content verticals, and supply gaps based on user demand, market trends, and platform needs.
• Build scalable creator acquisition channels through agencies, MCNs, creator communities, partnerships, referrals, and local ecosystems.
• Analyze creator funnel performance and key drop-off points, and work with product and data teams to improve creator experience and growth efficiency.
• Develop regional creator growth frameworks and playbooks while adapting strategies to different Southeast Asian markets.
• Track key metrics including active creators, activation, posting frequency, content quality, retention, and creator ROI.
