User Growth Manager

to lead regional growth strategies across key overseas markets. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a cutting-edge AI product reaches and resonates with users around the world, working at the intersection of community building, content partnerships, and data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research user behaviours, AI product use cases, and social media ecosystems in target regions to develop tailored growth strategies, channel plans, and measurable success criteria
  
• Identify and engage influential local media personalities and content creators, evaluate partnership fit, initiate outreach, and maintain ongoing relationships
  
• Negotiate partnership terms including fees, deliverables, publication timelines, and content usage rights, and manage the full content review and publication cycle
  
• Develop and refine product messaging and content examples based on local user feedback, platform norms, and regional communication styles
  
• Coordinate across users, creators, and internal cross-functional teams to execute regional growth campaigns and community initiatives
  
• Track and analyse key performance metrics — including reach, engagement, click-through, and conversion rates — to evaluate channel effectiveness and optimise growth plans
  
• Leverage AI tools to support research, communication preparation, content briefs, and performance reviews, while applying sound human judgement where needed
• Continuously adjust growth and content strategies based on cost-efficiency analysis, trend shifts, and conversion data
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in user growth, influencer marketing, or creator partnership management, ideally within a technology or digital product environment
  
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and creator collaboration practices across at least one major overseas market (e.g. English-, Spanish-, or Korean-speaking regions)
  
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders — including local users, media partners, and content creators — and resolve partnership issues constructively
  
• Proficiency in analysing growth and content performance data (views, engagement, clicks, conversions) and translating insights into actionable strategy adjustments
  
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered tools for research, drafting, and analysis (is a bonus)
  
• Proficiency in Spanish or Korean, to support direct communication with local users and business partners in those markets (is a bonus)
