Qualifications

• Full clean driver's license for travel to sites.
• Experience working in a regulated care setting is essential.
• Train the trainer qualifications in relevant subjects will be required.
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care Act 2008 is desirable.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering Health & Safety training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver branch training in accordance with best practices.
• Support in delivering regional assessment day training sessions for new starters.
• Maintain accurate training records according to policy.
• Oversee implementation of all Cera policies and procedures.
• Strive for quality in care services provided.
