Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive recruitment and support Agency Leaders. Key responsibilities include overseeing the onboarding of Financial Consultants and ensuring candidates meet performance standards. • Drive recruitment & manpower growth through identified key performance indicators set by management
• Provide support to Agency Leaders in areas of transition package offering, onboarding process and post RNF follow up.
• Work closely with Agency Leaders in identifying quality Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers candidates.
• Oversee the end-to-end systematic onboarding of new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers
• Track the expected standards for new Financial Consultants/Wealth Managers and ensure that they adhere to the standards to build performance and longevity in the career.
