We are looking for a Recruitment Manager / Senior Associate at Royal Ocean Marine. You will be responsible for generating recruitment sectors and industries to ensure successful sourcing, hiring, and P/L of the department, as well as maintaining commitment to our clients in the industry. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract and retain high-caliber candidates and clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and industry best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and skills.
Your strong leadership skills, along with extensive recruitment experience, will enable you to mentor and support the recruitment team in achieving their goals while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.
