Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

The Job

• Proactively identify and develop new job placement and business opportunities through telemarketing, social media outreach, networking, and other effective channels.
• Engage with clients to understand recruitment needs, hiring requirements, and business objectives.
• Negotiate recruitment terms, service agreements, and placement conditions with clients.
• Source, screen, and present suitable candidates using multiple platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, databases).
• Evaluate candidate experience and qualifications; manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief both clients and candidates on feedback.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure achievement of company objectives and sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum ’O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, HR, or any related field.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Comfortable with a commission-based income structure.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of urgency, and resilience to thrive under pressure.
• Interest in sales, recruitment, and client engagement with a never-say-die work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation.
