What You’ll Do:

• Manage 360° recruitment process (client BD + candidate sourcing)
• Cold call and build new client relationships (we’re hunters, not just farmers)
• Understand hiring needs, pitch solutions, and fill roles fast
• Write job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
• Work independently while being part of a close-knit, collaborative team
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and deliver consistent performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is a bonus - but not a must
• Gritty, persuasive, and self-driven with strong communication skills
• Able to handle rejection and bounce back fast
• Willingness to cold call and hustle during golden hours
• Team player who shares leads, wins, and good vibes
