Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Administrative Support to provide assistance across financial, front desk, data entry, and general office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Financial Assistance & Bursary Support
  • Assist in basic clerical tasks, including checking for completeness of supporting documents.
  • Handle enquiries related to financial assistance and bursary applications.
  • Inform parents of application outcomes and distribute approval letters to ensure timely communication.
  • Assist in obtaining endorsements for other financial assistance and bursary applications.
Front Desk & Communication Services
  • Manage counter service and telephone enquiries, including relaying messages to relevant personnel.
  • Attend to sick or injured students and coordinate early dismissals with parents.
  • Collect mobile phones from students on detention.
Data Entry & Record Management
  • Perform data entry tasks to support various administrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items, students resting in the sick bay, and early release records.
  • Update stationery/paper inventory.
  • Communicate updates of late‑coming students via scanning and WhatsApp.
Office Organization & Maintenance
  • Maintain an orderly and professional front desk area.
  • Issue and record uniforms on loan to students and ensure timely return in good condition.
  • Keep General Office cupboards, including stationery and uniform storage, organized and tidy.
  • Assist with the disposal of unclaimed lost and found items.
  • Support spring cleaning of the General Office during school breaks.
Document Management & Distribution
  • Distribute hardcopy mails to designated recipients promptly.
  • Ensure items for distribution are properly cleared and collected.
  • Coordinate with GRO to sign Delivery Orders, assist teachers with DO documentation, and ensure correct collection.
  • Issue Report Books to students and Graduation Certificates to graduates.
  • Contact students for ad hoc NRIC collection.
