Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Arrange courier services, including requesting quotations from DHL and other providers
  • Prepare and set up boardrooms/meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
  • Collect mail from the mailbox and distribute it to the relevant staff members
  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance when required
  • Prepare coffee or refreshments for meetings when necessary
  • Arrange flowers, wreaths, or similar items as needed
  • Manage and order office supplies such as stationery, company stamps, pantry items, and toiletries
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Minimum education level: N or O Level
  • At least 1 year of receptionist experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
