Job Description

• Assembles and Dismantles system formwork (wall slabs, ceilings, etc) for complex and critical works
• Lead, communicate and guide a team of 6 - 8 fresh workers with little to no formwork experience
• Support co-workers to execute the project requirements
• Plan and organise work to meet expected outcomes as arranged by Project Managers, Constrcution Managers and Foremen
• Work in accordance with the personal health, safety and environment protocols at construction sites
• Ensure a safe work place for all
• Ad-hoc tasks as arranged by supervisors

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of formwork/ rebar supervisor experience
• Valid Work-At-Height and BCSS certs
• Valid Supervise Formwork Cert preferred
• Able to work 6 days per week, Mon - Saturday 8AM - 5PM, OT Rate shall be paid as per the Employment Act at 1.5x. Sunday 2.0x
• Valid SEC(k) cert - enhanced formwork preferred
