Responsibilities

• Develop and own front‑end architecture using React, ensuring scalability, security, and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and backend teams to deliver production‑ready features.
• Translate business requirements and UX designs into reusable React components.
• Investigate issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement resilient fixes.
• Write clean, testable code with a focus on performance, security, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and contribute to our component library.
• Support agile practices, including backlog grooming, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate on CI/CD processes, feature flags, and observability for safe, frequent releases.
