Design & Drafting

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layout plans, and fabrication/shop drawings using AutoCAD or relevant CAD software.
• Interpret engineering concepts, technical requirements, and client specifications into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes, client feedback, or site conditions.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with the sales, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth project execution.
• Attend project meetings, take technical notes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to confirm technical dimensions, installation requirements, and material compatibility.

Technical Support

• Provide technical assistance during project planning, installation, and commissioning stages.
• Conduct site measurements and verification to ensure drawings align with actual conditions.
• Identify design conflicts or technical issues and propose practical solutions to the team or client.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing registers, revision logs, and technical submissions.
• Support the preparation of method statements, technical proposals, and material approval documents.
• Ensure quality control of drawings before submission and support compliance with ISO / project QA standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Suggest improvements in design efficiency, drawing standards, and project workflow.
• Keep updated with latest drafting tools, engineering standards, and industry technology.

Highlights

• Salary Range: S$3000 to S$4000 (if experience in related field)
• Working Hour: Mon to Thu: 8am to 6pm; Fri: 8am to 5pm
• Working Day: 5 working days
