Job Description

• Develop and evaluate cost estimates, assess risks and contract issues to arrive at final cost
• Plan and advise management on contractual matters, progress payments, variation claims with subcontractor and client till end of contract
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quality requirements
• Ability to identify, understand and take off for Aluminium and Curtain Wall
