• Work closely with Project Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing monthly project costings.
• Visit the construction site regularly to ensure safety measures are observed.

Job description

Manage the commercial & contractual terms of construction projects from tender to post contract including preparation of tenders, review contract documents, quantities take-off, variation orders, cost estimates, monthly claims, and final accounts

Work closely with Project Manager and Contracts Manager in preparing monthly project costings

Visiting the construction site regularly to ensure safety measures are observe

Duties: Tendering, procurement, contract administration, final account, project coordination
