A leading timber and metal door manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to support business transformation and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly progress claims, checking subcontractor payments, processing VO claims, and managing project accounts. This role requires independence and commitment towards establishing an international footprint for the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress claims.
• Check and process subcontractor payment certificates.
• Process VO claims.
• Follow up with project claims and other project accounts related items.

• FOLLOW UP WITH PROJECT CLAIMS AND OTHER PROJECT ACCOUNTS RELATED ITEMS
