Roles & Responsibilities

Description

• Ability to analyse and work independently for assigned tenders
• Ensure completeness of next level taking off and verify on the formation of the tender pricing
• Assist the Senior Contracts Manager/ Contract Managers to manage the whole tender process, including site visits, taking off, pricing, negotiation with sub‑con/suppliers, engagement with consultant, tender clarifications/interview and handover meeting to fellow colleagues for successful tender
• Monitor and review latest market accurately and advise on strategic pricing to win tender.
• Compilation and preparation post tender analysis

Requirement

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry preferably under the tender department
• Independent and driven
• Willing to work in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
