Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle project costing, recommend contract awards, and ensure compliance in contracts. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and relevant qualifications in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering. Competitive salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, with an advantage for those with LTA/PUB project experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Quantity Surveyor position.
• Experience in LTA/PUB projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take-off quantity for projects
• Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors
• Price comparison and costing summary
• Vet through tender documents and tender evaluation
• Recommend award for construction contracts
• Prepare costing of project
• Prepare contracts and ensure compliance
• Site measurement
• Sub-contractors' progress payment
• Variations orders, progress claims and project final account

Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience for Quantity Surveyor position
• Individuals of the highest calibre who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Salary : Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• With LTA/PUB projects experiences will be an advantage
