Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is looking for an experienced engineer to execute reliability requests and analyze quality data. Candidates should possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in related engineering fields and have at least 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential for this role. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry.
• Candidate must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills.
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment for normal shift or on permanent day shift.

• Execution of reliability request on filters level from customer returns.
• Review and analyze current or historical reports and quality data.
• Discuss and follow specific instructions from Reliability Engineers.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Execution of reliability request on filters level from customer returns, engineering, mass production, and in-house production special requests.
• Review and analysis current or historical reports and quality data.
• Discuss, work together, and follow specific instructions from Reliability Engineers on the analysis work, and provide accurate results/images when require.

Job Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry
• Possess relevant knowledge in the area of expertise: Process/ Equipment/ Automation/ Quality
• Candidate must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment for normal shift or on permanent day shift
• Have prior soldering experience is a plus
