Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented
  • Support the QM team in implementation and compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation for the assigned projects.
  • Independently performs special assignments and provides reporting of the activities in the project.
  • Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews across project phases.
  • Support external audits by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure non-conformities are identified, documented, tracked, and closed with appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Oversee supplier quality assurance activities, including supplier audits and inspections.
  • Review and approve supplier quality documentation, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality records.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support issue resolution related to quality deviations.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer in railway or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong exposure to project-based environments (design, manufacturing, installation, testing & commissioning).
  • Experience working with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
