Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to support daily inspections and maintain quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with a technical education or certification. Job Description

• To support daily routine quality inspections and maintain quality control inspection protocols, and testing procedures for raw materials, components and finished goods
• Ensure positive, formal release of good quality products are delivered to customers and meet customer requirement
• Able to collaborate with cross functional teams i.e. production, engineering, maintenance to ensure good quality products are produced and addressed for NC goods promptly
• To perform any adhoc activity assigned by immediate superior

Experience

Min 2 years relevant working Quality role experience in manufacturing site preferred or other related field, and require technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience

Specific Skills / Business Knowledge (Knowledge, skills and abilities)

Proficient in Microsoft Office application knowledge
Some knowledge in ISO, Food packaging/manufacturing procedure (advantage)
Competent in English (Chinese – advantage)
Physically Fit / Adopts hand on approach
Able to perform shift duties (when required)
Team Player with the ability to communicate at all levels
Independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure
