Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Singapore. The role includes conducting quality monitoring of calls, providing coaching to agents, and developing QA frameworks. Ideal candidates should have a diploma with QA or supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a one-year contract with a salary of $3,800 per month.

Job description

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Salary: $3,800 per month
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (Mon–Fri)
