Qualifications

• 2-5 years in QA, experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) with audit experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Customer claim handling.
• Deployment of Corrective & Preventive Action System including verification of effectiveness.
• Lead or attend Materials Review Board to assure product quality.
• Quality data reporting: Process/Product capability reporting.
• Ensure CofC reporting meets customer requirements.
• Conduct internal process and system audits.
• Participate in customer audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer claim handling.
• Deployment of Corrective & Preventive Action System – including verification of effectiveness of actions taken.
• Lead or attend Materials Review Board (MRB) to assure only quality of products to be shipped.
• Quality data reporting: Process / Product capability reporting (internal / external).
• Work with relevant departments to ensure CofC reporting is meeting customer requirements.
• Internal process and system audits.
• Participation in customer audits.
• Contributions to continuous improvement activities in support of company goals.
• Other job assignments as and when tasked by QM & QA HOD / Section Head/ Manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, B. Sc (Physics or Chemistry)
• 2 – 5 years in QA, experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
• Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
• Critical thinking skills
• Knowledge in use of quality tools – FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience advantage
• High level of PC skills – excel, word & powerpoint.
• SQL skills
• Team player & can work independently
