Job scope

• Support the QA Manager to execute the QMS and drive key indicators, to maintain site certification. Primary focus is to be the site focal for Quality Systems, and provide guidance and support to the business on Quality System related issues.
• Execute goals and strategy based on the company’s business objectives.
• Administer the site QMS including document control, audit management, management of change, training system facilitation, control of records and NCR, CAPA facilitation.
• Collaborate as required in site processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Supervise all quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. Monitor production processes, investigate and attend to customer complaints, and ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary for the effective operation of the QMS.
