The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction sector, particularly in Structural and Façade works. Responsibilities include assisting the project team with variations, cost control, and liaising with contractors and suppliers. This role offers a salary range of $5,000 to $7,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry.
• Possess BCSS or CSOC certifications if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claims, and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients, and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
• Manage document control.
• Experienced in Facade Works.
