Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist the QEHS Lead with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring ISO compliance. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Experience in writing meeting minutes.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Insurances.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the QEHS Lead on administrative matters (e.g. ISO Compliance, WICA, Insurance matters etc.)
  • Attend and documents meeting minutes; follow up on action items
  • Keep track of schedules, arrange appointment and meeting rooms reservation
  • Keep track of KPI, preparation of report and presentation slides
  • Manage feedback
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports
  • Undertake office administrative duties
  • Coordinate and work together with all departments
  • Update and create, distribution and analysis online data collection
  • Any other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum A level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role is an advantage
  • Experience in writing meeting minutes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge in IT and data analysis
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical, proactive to take initiative with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and Insurances
  • Basic safety, health and environmental knowledge
