Job description

Basic information:

• Mon to Fri, 745am - 530pm
• Location: Kranji
• Salary UP $4500 + Bonuses + Annual Salary Increment
• Industry: Logistic/ Freight forwarding MNC

Job scope:

1. Oversee and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), customer, and regulatory standards, including ISO9001 requirements.
2. Lead the Quality Control (QC) team in conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and implementing effective quality procedures and work instructions.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance overall product quality and reduce nonconformance.
4. Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and auditors to resolve quality issues and support audit and certification activities.
5. Manage quality-related training, manpower planning, and equipment calibration to ensure staff competency and compliance with inspection standards.
