Qualifications

• Manage QA/QC section, lead inspection teams, and oversee QA/QC equipment.
• Maintain and improve ISO9001 QMS and ISO 45001, ensure audit readiness.
• Assist in maintaining Workplace Safety & Health Risk Management system.

Responsibilities

1. Manage QA/QC section
   • Lead inspection teams
   • Take charge of all related QA/QC equipment and inventories
   • Review effectiveness of outgoing procedures and the inspectors' skillset/training
   • Actively look for methods and solutions to establish IQC/OQC procedure for new/transferred products & processes
2. Manage Quality Management System, Document Control & Audits
   • Maintain and improve on ISO9001 QMS and ISO 45001
   • Establish quality plans & activities, ensure readiness of all sections for internal/external audits
   • Tracking of non-conformances and follow up on owner feedbacks and returns
   • Work with relevant department in-charge and if necessary, organize meeting to ensure document distributed by Management are properly transferred & fanout
   • Act as a Management Representative for ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
3. Assist in maintaining Workplace Safety & Health Risk Management system
   • Conduct workplace risk assessment with WSH consultant
   • Review with section heads on WSH consultant's proposed activities to meet regulatory requirements
4. To perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Construction industry managing quality for M&E/CSA projects, preferably Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical related industry
• Good working knowledge of Quality Management System
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 systems and has experience as ISO Lead Auditor
• Knowledge in ACMV, Ducting, Process Piping, and other M&E related systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills and experienced in managing and developing staff
• Highly motivated individuals who possess strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
