Job summary

A prominent food manufacturing company based in Singapore is looking for a Quality Control Executive to support operation inspections and ensure product quality. The role requires at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include monitoring SOP execution, performing inspections, and conducting training for operators. Familiarity with FSSC22000/HACCP is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure SOPs are executed by operators.
  • Perform line inspection and environmental control testing.

  • Arrange training for operators on quality standards.

Job description

To support Operation in line inspection, clearance, release and routine in-process inspection

To assist in ensuring conformance of product quality of incoming raw and packaging materials and finished products

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure standard operating procedures are flawlessly executed by the operators, manufacturing conditions are respected, troubleshoot and resolve quality deviations
  • Responsible for line inspection, line clearance, environmental control testing and routine in-process quality check
  • Responsible for raw and packaging material sampling and inspection. To highlight to QA/QC Manager on any quality issues found.
  • Responsible for finished product testing and arrangement of the test for finished products.
  • Arrange training and awareness program to the operators to ensure that they are up-to-date with quality and food safety systems and requirements
  • To do some non-routine tasks as arranged by QA/QC Manager
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Familiarity with FSSC22000/HACCP in food manufacturing industry
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
