What you'll be doing

1. Deploy incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection plans and SOP
2. Conduct First Article inspections and prepare FAIR documentations for submission
3. Able to perform root cause analysis and prepare the relevant documentations for non-conformance products
4. Document inspection results, nonconformities and customer complaints
5. Able to conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
6. Preparation and support external audits
7. Analyzing data and generating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement
8. Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
9. Providing training and guidance to Production team to uphold quality standards
10. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
11. Continually seeking ways to optimize quality control measures and drive operational excellence

What we're looking for

1. Diploma and above in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
4. Able to interpret customer drawings thoroughly including GD&T
5. Able to interpret CMM inspection results after inspection
6. Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
8. Committed individual to delivering high-quality work
9. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
