Job Description / Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory movement across internal and external warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external warehouse contractors to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Plan and process customer purchase orders (POs) for container loading, with strong attention to specific customer requirements and details.
- Conduct annual physical stock-takes and reconcile results with system records.
- Review and verify weekly and monthly stock balance reports from all warehouse locations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform quarterly visits to external warehouses to inspect storage conditions and ensure product quality.
- Plan procurement of sub-raw materials and packing materials based on production consumption forecasts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Familiar with ISO standards and audit processes.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
