Job Description / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory movement across internal and external warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and external warehouse contractors to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Plan and process customer purchase orders (POs) for container loading, with strong attention to specific customer requirements and details.
  • Conduct annual physical stock-takes and reconcile results with system records.
  • Review and verify weekly and monthly stock balance reports from all warehouse locations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform quarterly visits to external warehouses to inspect storage conditions and ensure product quality.
  • Plan procurement of sub-raw materials and packing materials based on production consumption forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Familiar with ISO standards and audit processes.
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
