We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Purchasing Department as a Purchasing Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the procurement process, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and monitoring supplier accounts and resolving any related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Process and follow up on purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the availability of required materials and services.
  • Liaise with the sales and operations teams to manage incoming stock and ensure inventory needs are met.
  • Support the sourcing and selection of new suppliers when required, ensuring they align with company requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor contracts, and related documentation.
  • Process invoices and assist in the tracking of credit notes and statements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help track orders and deliveries to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports related to purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Provide administrative support for the purchasing department, including filing, document retrieval, and maintaining supplier records.
  • Handle ad‑hoc administrative duties and assist with other projects as required.
