Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a property operations professional to oversee daily facility management at our main office. You will ensure policy and lease compliance while coordinating tenant activities and service providers.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in commercial/retail properties, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in commercial or retail properties is an advantage.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and lease obligations.
• Conduct regular property checks and coordinate improvement works.
• Attend to tenant enquiries and resolve operational issues, working closely with building staff and service providers.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and unit checks.
• Support lease administration, rental collection, expense tracking, and reconciliation of tenant charges.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth building operations and high service standards.
• Maintain property records, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
