Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Retail Property Operations role in Singapore. You will manage daily property operations and facilities maintenance, while coordinating preventive maintenance and term contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.

The role also involves addressing tenant feedback, managing fit-out works, inspections for safety compliance, and supporting budgeting, renewals and MCST-related matters. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Facilities Management, Building, Estate Management, M&E or related field.
• At least 1 year of retail/commercial property experience.
• Experience with tenant management and contractor coordination.
• Familiar with MCST and BMSMA is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail property operations and facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and term contractors.
• Attend to tenant feedback and operational matters.
• Manage tenant fit-out, renovation and reinstatement works.
• Conduct inspections and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, utility arrears follow-up and contract renewals.
• Assist with MCST matters, licence agreements and AGM/EOGM preparation.
• Support sustainability and energy initiatives.
