Job summary

PeopleSearch Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Property Executive to manage a prime commercial office building in the CBD. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate facilities services, and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for occupants.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Building Management Services and at least 3 years of experience in building or property management, with strong tenant liaison and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management Services or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience in building/property management.
• Experience managing commercial office properties preferred.
• Strong tenant management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a commercial property to ensure smooth building operations.
• Coordinate and monitor service providers across facilities management functions, including security, cleaning, landscaping, carpark operations, and building maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and follow up on maintenance issues, repairs, and improvement works where required.
• Manage the usage and upkeep of common facilities and ensure a safe and pleasant environment for occupants.
• Support fit-out, reinstatement, and upgrading works by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and contractors.
• Assist with fire safety compliance, emergency preparedness activities, and statutory inspections.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and authorities to address operational matters and resolve issues promptly.
• Support budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and maintenance of operational records and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with tenants and provide timely responses to feedback, operational concerns, and emergencies when required.
