Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Property Executive to manage a sole property or a small portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail assets.

You will oversee services, tenancy coordination, and day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contracts and standards. A Diploma or Bachelor in Building/Facilities/Property Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience is required; residential/industrial exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Building/Facilities/Property Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Residential or industrial experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to apply procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Confirm services comply with policies, regulations, contracts and standards.
• Ensure regular property inspections and recommend upkeep or reconditioning.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate move-ins/outs and tenant improvements.
• Collect rent and manage expenses per lease terms and reconcile CAM charges.
• Provide lease review support and document settlements for affected parties.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; work within standard procedures.
