Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Property Executive to oversee the operational management of a dynamic property portfolio in Singapore, ensuring service excellence and tenancy compliance.

You will coordinate leasing, site inspections, and relationships with tenants, managers and contractors, with potential exposure to asset management in future. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of property or asset management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in property or asset management.
• Experience in tenancy administration and tenant relations.
• Familiarity with OPEX/CAPEX management.
• Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure maintenance standards.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing of vacant units and showings.
• Supervise external property managers and contractors for timely service delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and maintain property data.
• Assist lifecycle management of assets including due diligence.
