Job summary

GovTech Singapore seeks a property management professional to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, covering leasing and facilities management to ensure smooth operation, maintenance and tenant satisfaction.

You will manage tenancy matters, coordinate facilities contractors and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient service and solutions tailored to tenant needs in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management or a related discipline preferred.
• Meticulous, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leasing, property management or facilities management will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing leasing and facilities management functions.
• Manage tenant relationships, lease administration and facilities management contractors.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day property operations and resolve operational issues.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Understand tenants’ business and space requirements to provide appropriate property management solutions.
