Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and supervise site staff across multiple properties in Singapore. The role involves collaboration with departments to support business plans and development of strategies for optimal property management.

The ideal candidate has a degree/diploma in engineering or related field, 6+ years of experience, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred
• Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field
• Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our properties
• Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of our properties
• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans
• Review, formulate and develop strategies to ensure optimal and effective management of our properties
• Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures
• Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs
• Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team
• Ensure the contractors / vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements
