Job summary

Property Facility Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Building Manager to support day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium and ensure smooth service delivery.

You will coordinate inspections, manage contracts and service providers, address residents' feedback, and maintain records, aiming to highest standards for the client.

Two years of related experience and a diploma in building/facility management are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in ensuring smooth operations and effective management of day-to-day building operations.
• Carry out daily inspections to upkeep the property in good and serviceable condition.
• Prepare, evaluate and recommend contracts/quotation works.
• Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records.
• Manage service providers for cleaners, security and landscape; attend to residents' feedback and complaints.

Job Description:

• Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
• Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions
• Prepare, evaluate and recommend for contract / quotation works
• Carry out all work functions to the highest standard expected for the client
• Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records
• Manage service providers in cleaners, security and landscape
• Attend to residents' feedback and complaints
• Manage facilities booking

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services / managing strata-titled properties (condominiums)
