Job summary

Kingston Property Maintenance Services Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Condominium Manager to assist in maintaining and managing the property assigned.

You will handle day-to-day operations, build good relationships with residents, and supervise term contractors and service providers.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Building Management or related field, at least 1 year of condo management experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management/Facilities Management/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in managing condominium.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is an added advantage.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate.
