Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience as Condo Officer/ Property Executive is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with administration and operational work of tenanted properties.
• Handle tenancy lease termination, renewals, rental arrears, and defects rectification.
• Manage property service providers, contractor job quotations, and payments.
• Operate Condo Management System and Visitor Management System.
• Manage tenants' feedback.
