Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who can provide project and program support across billing, reporting, and governance. You will partner with cross-functional teams, turning data into actionable decisions while balancing hands-on execution, supervision, and continuous improvement.

You will manage milestones, financials, and dashboards, develop SOPs, and help ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in relevant scope of work.
Familiarity with workplace tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM systems).
Good IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards and digital solutions.
Detail oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage project support activities and key milestones.
Monitor project financials and relevant processes.
Manage billing and payment collection.
Develop dashboards and digital tools to support operations.
Manage reports and dashboards for management update.
Analyze trends to spot issues, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Support the management team with project coordination and day-to-day tasks.
Work with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are aligned and on schedule.
Provide support on billing processes.
Develop and ensure timely update of SOPs that support the business.
