Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a proactive operations administrator to provide project support, billing oversight, and governance across the organization. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, turning data into actionable insights while balancing hands-on execution and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes dashboard development, reporting, and process optimization within a 1-year horizon, with potential for extension or conversion, based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in operations/administration.
• Experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions for business operations.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills to support the reporting line across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM systems.
• Detail oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks.
