Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Project Management Officer for the Shared Platform team to ensure project governance aligns with corporate standards, tracking progress and reporting across projects. You will collate staff data, manage on/off-boarding, liaise with stakeholders, and enhance reports to meet evolving business expectations.

Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Strong analytical abilities to review data and identify improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track and report the progress of each project within the Shared Platform team.
• Collate staff numbers, seating plans, and assets.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather information for reporting.
• Enhance existing reports to reflect changes to business and stakeholder expectations.
